From 6 to 10 in the morning, the chances of seeing dolphins and whales in Bais are great (especially from March to October).  This means that you need to wake up early.

 If you don't want to wake up early to travel from Dumaguete to Bais, you can check into a hotel in Bais the day before your Dolphin and Whale Watching tour.
